| Our 65-acre farm includes: | |
| World-class indoor arena featuring a climate-controlled tack room, lounge, kitchen and two-level viewing area. | |
| Stallion breeding center with adjustable breeding phantom and state-of-the-art semen processing lab. | |
| Three barns providing stabling for 30 horses, hot water wash racks w/rubber mats, and individual fans and rubber mats in each stall. Stalls are cleaned several times each day and bedding is deep and banked. Fresh water is available at all times and buckets are scrubbed daily. | |
| Two outdoor arenas with well-maintained footing. | |
| Numerous grass pastures with well-maintained four-board fencing. | |
| Miles of wooded trails with scenic views of the property. | |

| Our horse care program is customized to each horse according to its needs. | |
| Horses are turned out daily, either individually or in compatible pairs. Turnout time varies depending on how long the horses want to stay out (average of 5-6 hours per day). | |
| Timothy hay is fed continuously, and grain fed 2 times daily - more often if needed. | |
| Horses are groomed is and feet picked clean every day after turnout. | |
| Whiskers and ears are clipped when needed. | |
| Horses are blanketed according to temperature. | |
| We also track and manage each horse's farrier and veterinary needs. | |

| Shannondale owners Julie and David Shannon live on the property and have an extensive background with sporthorses, including training, showing, breeding, and management of upscale sporthorse facilities. We also have experienced, dedicated farm employees on the premises to help provide instant on-site care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. | |
